NOTICE OF PUBLICATION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following entitled ordinance was introduced and passed on first reading at a meeting of the Borough Council of the Borough of Totowa in the County of Passaic, held on the 9th day of February, 2016 and that said ordinance will be taken up for further consideration for final passage at a meeting of said Borough Council to be held in its meeting room in the Borough Hall, Totowa, New Jersey on the 23rd day of February, 2016, at 8:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as said matter can be reached, at which time and place all persons who may be interested therein will be given an opportunity to be heard concerning the same.
A copy of this ordinance has been posted on the Bulletin Board upon which public notices are customarily posted in the Borough Hall of Totowa, and a copy is available up to and including the time of such meeting to the members of the general public of the Borough who shall request such copies, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. in the office of the Borough Clerk in said Borough Hall in Totowa, New Jersey.

This ordinance directs the Borough of Totowa Planning Board and Governing Body to review and adopt a Redevelopment Plan for the property identified as Block 154, Lot 19 on the Tax Map of the Borough of Totowa and Block 154.01, Lot 1 on the Tax Assessment Records.
