Passaic County Community Needs Assessment

Community Members of Passaic County,

Passaic County’s Division of Mental Health and Addiction Services is conducting a Community Needs Assessment on addiction prevention/education, early intervention, treatment, and recovery support. We are encouraging residents to complete the survey below as it allows members of the community an opportunity to identify the needs of the four areas and explore meaningful strategies to address those needs.

The data collected from this Assessment will be used to relate existing county resources to the needs of our County residents as well as identify the gaps in addiction prevention/education, early intervention, treatment, and recovery support services.
