Raffle/Bingo Licenses

You must apply for your Raffle/Bingo License at least SIX WEEKS prior to your event.  Failure to do so may hinder your chance of obtaining your license in time.  If you have any questions, please call the Borough Clerk’s office at (973) 956-1000, ext. 1009

To apply for a raffle/bingo license, you must provide the following:

 

1. Raffle/Bingo Application.

The Borough of Totowa requires FOUR copies of the application each with ORIGINAL SIGNATURES and each copy must be notarized.

2. Off Premise.

If you are applying for an Off-Premise Raffle, a sample ticket must be submitted with your application.

3. Fees.

You will need two checks, one check Payable to the Borough of Totowa and another payable to Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission.

4. Registration Certificate.

You must present your organization’s ORIGINAL Legalized Games of Chance registration certificate when applying for your raffle license. If your organization does not have a registration.

5. Operations Report.

When your event is over, you must submit a raffle report to the Legalized Games of Chance.
